Secretary of the UL Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences:

1. administrative service of the Doctoral School which entails regular tasks of the school's office;

2. providing administrative support to the Directors of the Doctoral School and the School's Council in carrying out tasks arising from the Doctoral School's regulations and other legislation;

3. guiding doctoral school candidates when it comes to:

collection of documentation, preparation and posting decisions, etc;

handling recruitment process with the use of the Internet Candidate Registration (IRK) system.

4. administrative support for doctoral students of the Doctoral School in terms of:

digital platforms, e.g. USOS, POL-on;

issuing certificates, accepting applications and applications, extending ID cards, etc.; and

documenting mid-term evaluations;

curriculum;

5. preparation of statements of funds spent in the Doctoral School related to the administrative service of the school and the educational process;

6. assisting the directors of the doctoral schools in the organisation of the educational process (curriculum) for the schools' doctoral students;

7. administrating the website of the Doctoral School.

8. cooperation with the faculties of the University of Lodz in the scope of recruitment, teaching, administrative and financial matters.

9. using the Electronic Document Management (EZD) platform for doctoral school office purposes.
