I support activities related to the commercialization of research results conducted at the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection and the Faculty of Chemistry, as well as the conclusion of license agreements and negotiation of NDAs.
MY SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercialization of research results at the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection and the Faculty of Chemistry.
Collaboration with researchers in developing commercialization strategies for patents.
Management of commercialization processes (monitoring progress and negotiating license agreements and NDAs).
Coordination of the signing of contracts with external partners.
Analysis of the innovativeness of submitted projects and inventions.
