I am a doctoral student at the Doctoral School of Humanities at the University of Łódź and hold an MA in Art History. I work as a curator and communications and cultural content specialist at the Urban Forms Foundation, where I am involved, among other things, in promoting art in public space.
My research focuses on art in public space, particularly outdoor sculpture, as well as street art. I am interested in the beginnings of street art in Łódź, the city’s alternative culture, and the multisensory aesthetic experience of urban space. I also explore issues related to documenting, cataloguing and musealising street art, as well as the aesthetics and visual culture of the 90s.

I am interested in modern and contemporary art, particularly art in public space and street art. The multisensory aesthetic experience of urban space is central to my research interests. In my research practice, I seek interdisciplinary connections and draw attention to less obvious aspects of experiencing art. I am also interested in the relationships between artworks and place, particularly in site-specific art and socially oriented artistic practices.
During the implementation of the research project „Odkryjmy Chojny nieznane. Społecznicy, naukowcy i mieszkańcy dla kulturowego dziedzictwa”, I located „Apoteoza” by Adam Procki – a sculpture that had been considered lost for nearly fifty years.
