Maria Witosławska-Piotrowska is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Management, University of Łódź. Her doctoral research focuses on the impact of organizational culture, perceived ethics, and leadership on the well-being of neurodivergent employees. She works in areas including neurodiversity, inclusive marketing, and organizational culture. As an activist, she is involved in advocacy for people on the autism spectrum and speaks at conferences on inclusive communication and marketing. She is also engaged in community work through Rotary International. She holds a DIMAQ Professional certificate in digital marketing.
