At the beginning of a research career, one needs not only passion, but also understanding, support and space to develop. That is why the University of Lodz has established the Young Scientists Development Council – created so that young scientists do not feel alone in the face of challenges.
The Council supports individuals starting their academic careers, helping them take their first steps in research projects, navigate the world of grants and publications and build teams and relationships based on trust.
We want everyone who sees their future at the University of Lodz to have an impact on the development of our university – and to feel that this is their destination.
