The possibility of participating in the work of the problem team of the Civil Law Codification Commission for the digitisation of civil procedure is a great honour for me. As part of the team, I am responsible, among other things, for preparing minutes of plenary sessions during which the results of work on adapting civil procedure to the requirements of the digital reality are discussed. I am honoured that thanks to the invitation of Prof. dr hab. Monika Namysłowska, President of the problem team, and with the consent of Prof. dr hab. Marek Safjan, President of the Civil Law Codification Commission, I can participate in this ambitious project and learn from outstanding experts – both academics and practitioners

– says mgr Aleksandra Olbryk.

Mgr Aleksandra Olbryk is an assistant at the Department of European Economic Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Lodz, and at the same time a doctoral student at the University of Lodz Doctoral School of Social Sciences. She is preparing her doctoral dissertation under the supervision of Prof. dr hab. Monika Namysłowska.
