Students Discover FRIS®
As past of interpersonal skills training classes supervised by Dr Zoja Kuca, students had the opportunity to learn about the FRIS® model and the details of the assessment, thanks to sessions conducted by mgr Martyna Dębska and mgr Małgorzata Sinior from the Career Office of the University of Lodz.
The classes also included an integration element. Students received card sets that helped them better understand the tool while enjoying time together with their peers.
Such initiatives not only diversify classes but, above all, support better self-awareness and understanding of others, improve teamwork and help identify personal preferences – encouraging reflection on the environment in which your talents can truly shine.

What is the FRIS® Model?
FRIS® is based on four cognitive perspectives: Facts – Relationships – Ideas – Structures (hence the name). These perspectives describe Thinking Styles and Action Styles, explaining which types of information you prioritise – especially in new situations.
Discover your thinking and action styles
FRIS® helps you get to know yourself and define your preferences. It won’t tell you exactly which career path to choose but it will help you understand what gives you the greatest satisfaction and in which direction you may want to develop. For example, it describes whether you prefer short- or long-term activities, collaboration or independence, theory or practice.
It can also help you better understand your relationships with others – who you communicate well with, what frustrates you, where potential points of tension lie, and how to manage them effectively.

Interested? Want to Discover Your Own Styles?
If so, express your interest in taking the FRIS® assessment by contacting the Career Office of the University of Lodz. You will receive a link to the questionnaire via your university email – simply complete it. After receiving your report, the Career Office will arrange an individual consultation with you (this may take up to two weeks) – and that’s it!
