About us
The
aim of the Centre is constant assessing of the axiological justification for
the adopted or planned manner of formation the institutions of civil
proceedings, especially in the periods of intensive amendments that affect the
transformation of the model of civil proceedings in Poland. The assessment is beeing
made by using the criterias of axiological assessment of procedural regulation
(CAAPR), which include procedural values protected in civil proceedings.
The
results of Centre’s research activities should be revealed primarily in the
opinions prepared on draft amendments to the Code of Civil Procedure. The
consequence of achieving the above mentioned aim should also be the integration
of the specialists of civil procedure in Poland around especially important and
current problems for the practice of civil proceedings.
