Interests
I am currently working as an associate professor. As part of my duties, I have been a project leader and participant in international projects dedicated to educational gerontology. I am a member of the Academic Andragogy Society, a founding member of the Social Gerontologists Association, and the Polish Gerontological Society. I have prepared numerous studies in andragogy and social gerontology. My main research interests revolve around the theoretical and methodological foundations of social gerontology, adult learning theories, the activities of older adults, and social research methodology.
For many years, I have also been conducting individual coaching sessions. In my work, I also focus on supporting couples and marriages in dealing with conflicts and overcoming problems. I have completed studies in Professional Coaching at the Leon Koźmiński Academy and courses in the Gottman method of therapy (Clinical foundation in Gottman method couples therapy and Treating affairs and trauma).
