Sekcja Postępowań Wyjaśniających i Dyscyplinarnych

The tasks of the Explanatory and Disciplinary Proceedings Section include:

1. administrative service of the University Disciplinary Committee for Academic Teachers, disciplinary ombudsmen and attorneys, maintaining a register of disciplinary proceedings and files of individual cases;
2. administrative service of the Disciplinary Committee for Students and the Disciplinary Appeals Committee for Students, as well as disciplinary ombudsmen and public defenders, maintaining a register of disciplinary proceedings and files of individual cases;
3. administrative service of the Disciplinary Committee for Doctoral Students and the Disciplinary Appeals Committee for Doctoral Students, as well as disciplinary ombudsmen and public defenders, maintaining a register of disciplinary proceedings and files of individual cases;
4. substantive support and assistance in the preparation of relevant documents in disciplinary cases;
5. handling meetings of disciplinary committees and other academic bodies responsible for disciplinary issues;
6. cooperation with the University authorities in resolving disciplinary cases.
