About us
The Department of Work, Organizational Psychology and Career Counseling conducts research and teaching related to:
- people functioning in the world of work and organizations (e.g. job stress, occupational trauma, job crafting, job performance)
- individual and organizational factors affecting work performance and well-being (e.g. safety culture, psychological safety)
- the impact of work on quality of life (e.g. mental and somatic health, work-life balance, job and life satisfaction)
- diversity and equality in the work environment,
- precarious/ new forms of work
- career counseling and career planning.
