11th Edition - 2026

The participation fee is 400 PLN (approx. 100 EUR) and covers:

• organizational costs,
• conference materials,
• access to all scientific sessions,
• lunches,
• coffee breaks,
• gala dinner.
   

Students and doctoral candidates of the University of Lodz are entitled to a 25% discount on the registration fee.
 

The conference fee must be paid to the designated bank account no later than March 22, 2026.
 

Payment details:

• Bank account number: will be announced on January 1
• Transfer title: Name, Last Name, University Affiliation
   

Failure to make the payment within the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of the participant’s registration.

Funding for travel is available through the “We are UNIC!” project for participants affiliated with institutions that are members of the UNIC Alliance. The funding amount is 2,000 PLN and is intended to cover travel expenses (please note that accommodation costs are not included).

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for funding, participants must:

1. Actively participate in the Conference, either through an oral or poster presentation;
2. Be a Master’s student, PhD candidate, or early-career researcher in biological, natural, medical, chemical, or related fields, affiliated with a UNIC Alliance member institution;
3. Submit a Curriculum Vitae (Appendix 1 of the Terms and Conditions) by February 28, 2026, via email to bioopen@uni.lodz.pl

Additional Benefits

Selected participants from UNIC-affiliated institutions will also be exempt from the Conference registration fee.

Selection Process

The Organizing Committee will allocate funding based on internal evaluation criteria. The number of available grants is limited. Applications will be evaluated considering:

• The quality of the submitted abstract;
• Relevance of the topic to the Conference's thematic areas;
• Level of scientific activity demonstrated by the applicant.

All required documents must be submitted by February 28, 2026. Decisions regarding the allocation of funding are final and not subject to appeal.
