The condition for inclusion on the list of potential supervisors at SDNSiP UŁ is:

1/ providing contact details and information about proposed doctoral thesis topics to be made available on the SDNSiP UŁ website. Please enter the above data in the table template attached below. If you consider supervision in English for a candidate from abroad, please complete the tables in Polish and English.

2/ submitting written consent to be included on the list of potential supervisors (Annex no. 1 to Rector's Regulation no. 109 of 16.05.2022) 

3/ filling out the supervisor's declaration (Annex no. 4 to Rector's Regulation no. 109 of 16.05.2022)
