Optional medical plan (LUX MED)

You can enjoy fast and convenient medical care with LUX MED for the coming months. Price plans (for PhD students at Doctoral Schools) start from PLN 112,18 per month. The amount is deduced from your stipend. Submit your declaration till the 20th day of the month at the Payroll Department (Room 1, ground floor, Rectorate building, ul. Narutowicza 68) on weekdays 7:30am-3:30pm (8am-1.30pm in July and August) to activate your package valid from the 1st day of next month till 30 April 2028. To use your package, you will need to create an account in Lux Med Patient Portal (portalpacjenta.luxmed.pl)
