Uniwersytet Łódzki aktywnie pozyskuje środki na projekty, w tym m.in. finansowane ze środków Programów Unii Europejskiej. Projekty badawcze i naukowo-badawcze realizujemy samodzielnie, jak również w dużych konsorcjach projektowych. Nasi naukowcy aktywnie współpracują z innymi wiodącymi instytucjami naukowo-badawczym w Polsce i za granicą, jak i instytucjami z otoczenia nauki. W ramach konsorcjów, skupionych wokół istotnych tematów badawczych, tworzymy innowacyjne rozwiązania, które mają znaczenie dla współczesnego społeczeństwa. Nasza praca przyczynia się do poprawy jakości życia ludzi poprzez rozwijanie nowatorskich idei i praktycznych rozwiązań, które mogą mieć pozytywny wpływ na różne dziedziny życia społecznego.
