Mobility Activities

Mobilities (including the 2 days for travel) can last:
- 30 days (28 days of mobility tasks + 2 days of travel)
- 15 days (13 days of mobility tasks + 2 days of travel)
- 10 days (8 days of mobility tasks + 2 days of travel)
Below you can find the mobility activities financed within the framework of PROM at the UL, along with the required documents certifying their completion.
Submission of the following documents is a necessary condition for the settlement of mobility.
Required documents:
1. A scan of the presentation or its transcript in an open file format (e.g. PDF).
2. Agenda/programme of the conference.
3. Certificate of participation in the conference.
4. A document confirming the acquired competencies.
Required documents:
1. A written confirmation of completion of the task by an authorised representative of the university (for example, a dissertation supervisor).
2. A document confirming the acquired competencies.
Required documents:
1. Regulations/recruitment rules (if applicable).
2. Programme.
3. List of participants.
4. Certificate of completion of the form of support, including ECTS credits (if any).
5. Diploma of completion of studies/doctoral school (if applicable).
6. A document confirming the acquired competencies, including ECTS points (if any).
Required documents:
1. Programme, including the subject, description of the target group, standard of requirements: learning outcomes, criteria and methods of verification of outcomes.
2. List of class participants.
3. A document confirming the acquired competencies.
Required documents:
1. A written confirmation of the submission of the grant application.
2. A document confirming the acquired competencies.
