Due to numerous questions on how to fill out the form by the participants/ participants, I would like to kindly inform you that:  

• In point 4 Basic data of the project participant - the option should be checked: “Employee or representative of the institution”.  
• In pt. 6 Support details - date of start of participation in the project - here you should enter the current date - the date of submission of this Form by the participant in the NAWA system.  
• In case of mistakes in the Form, unfortunately, there is no technical possibility to undo it for editing - the Participant must submit the Form again, marking in point. 2 Purpose of submitting the Form - “correction of the Participant's Form”.  

  
We remind you of the obligation to immediately (up to 7 working days) deliver to the Project Office (prom@uni.lodz.pl) the generated Project Participant Form (pdf).  
  

Mobilities (including the 2 days for travel) can last:

• 30 days (28 days of mobility tasks + 2 days of travel)
• 15 days (13 days of mobility tasks + 2 days of travel)
• 10 days (8 days of mobility tasks + 2 days of travel)

Deadline for submission of settlements: 30.09.2025
Participants in the competition are required to provide all required documents in accordance with the Rules and Regulations and the information provided in the Mobility Activities tab.

Settlements are accepted at the Doctoral School Centre of the University of Lodz, Jana Matejki 21/23, room 123.
