PROFIL PRACOWNIKA: Adrianna Michałowicz

I am a Doctor of Law and a research assistant at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź. I work in the Department of European Economic Law. Additionally, I am an advocate and mediator at the Advocacy Mediation Center in Łódź, as well as a Court Mediator (legal expert) at the Regional Court in Łódź.

Since 2022, I have been conducting a research project titled "Data sharing for the public interest - a legal perspective on data philanthropy" (contract no.: UMO-2021/41/N/HS5/01490). This project is funded by the Polish National Science Center, and I am serving as the Principal Investigator.

I have authored numerous academic publications and have been a speaker at various conferences, including international ones. I am also a co-author of the international consumer law blog "Recent Developments in European Consumer Law" (http://recent-ecl.blogspot.com). My areas of specialization are Polish and European Economic Law, Data Protection Law, Intellectual Property Law, and New Technology Law.
