POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Running a database of students with disabilities, including registration of disability decisions to the USOS system.
  • Keeping a register of students using the services of the Academic Support Centre.
  • Conducting statistics and reporting the number of students with disabilities.
  • Handling civil law contracts (addenda, bills to contracts).
  • Implementation of purchasing plans according to the modes assigned by the DZ and entry of invoices into the PP system.
  • Keeping records of fixed assets.
  • Preparation of data for the settlement of an earmarked subsidy for students /doctoral students with disabilities.
  • Preparation of reports, reports and statements on the work of the Office.
  • Management of the project: “(Dis)Abled UL Student”.
  • Participation in the work of the Team for Accessibility.
  • Archiving documents.
