Bezpłatne zajęcia sportowe – siatkówka na siedząco oraz pływanie

Academic Support Centre of the University of Lodz together with the University of Lodz Sports Facility invites you to take part in free sports classes for people with disabilities. Sitting volleyball training sessions and swimming classes are in the offer. People without visible disabilities can also join the volleyball section. Both offers are addressed to students and doctoral students from the University of Lodz

Volleyball section

The adventure with volleyball is not reserved only for non-disabled people. This type of sport does not require any additional equipment – to play, you just sit on the floor. Training is held periodically under the supervision of qualified instructors. Piotr Jaworowicz is the coach. If you want to learn more about the rules of this game, please watch the video.

The training sessions take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The schedule can also be adjusted to the capabilities of the interested persons. The sessions are held on the premises of the University of Lodz Sports Facility or Zatoka Sportu.

Swimming pool activities

Free classes for people with physical disabilities take place at the swimming pool at the University of Lodz Sports Facility at Styrska 20/24 in Lodz. The schedule of classes is to be agreed directly with those who apply.
