of the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Quality of Education of the University of Lodz

on the introduction of restrictions on the Campus of the University of Lodz

Due to an increase in the number of infections with SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, from 22 November 2021, I am introducing the following rules:

1. Accommodation in guest rooms is possible, provided that a guest room can only be made available to one guest, regardless of the number of places in a given room. Therefore, the fee rate of a single room or the fee rate of a double/triple room for one person applies, in accordance with Regulation No. 211 of the Rector of the University of Lodz of 27 September 2021 on the fees for renting guest rooms in Dormitories of the University of Lodz,

2. Checking in for residents of the UL Dormitories is suspended until the further notice.

3. Visits of residents' guests in the UL Dormitories are allowed only until 21:00 (9 p.m.).

4. In particularly justified cases, the Dormitory Manager decides to apply exceptions.

The following restrictions still apply in the UL Dormitories:

a) covering mouth and nose with a mask in common areas (kitchen, study rooms, corridors, laundries, lifts/elevators)

b) disinfecting hands and maintaining social distance, as specified in the current rules and restrictions issued by the state authorities

c) prohibition of assemblies,

d) the sanitary regime published on the websites of the government www.gov.pl/web/koronawirus/aktualne-zasady-i-raniczenia

The announcement of the UL Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Quality of Education of 5 August 2021 on the easing of sanitary restrictions on the University of Lodz Campus, is repealed.
