PROFIL PRACOWNIKA: Beata Majcher-Materka

· Conducting individual psychological consultations for people from the academic community, in particular for disabled students, doctoral students and employees of the University of Lodz.

· Diagnosing the needs of people with disabilities and difficulties in choosing the right type of educational support.

· Drawing up psychological assessments.

· Preparation and conduct of psychological and psychoeducational workshops/ trainings for the academic community of the UŁ.

· Crisis intervention for people from the academic community, students, doctoral students and employees of the University of Lodz.

· Conducting activities increasing accessibility of higher education for people with disabilities, difficulties and specific needs for studying.

· Participation of events, training, conferences and other activities supporting people with disabilities and difficulties related to the study process.

· Engaging the community of students with disabilities in activities that integrate them into the academic community.

· Cooperation with the Rector's Representative for the Disabled and the Rector's Representative for Preventing Addictions of the University of Lodz.

· Cooperation with other units of the University of Lodz in supporting students with disabilities, difficulties in studying and special needs in In areas including the course of study, equalization of educational and developmental opportunities.

· Implementation of other activities related to the tasks of the Academic Support Centre.
