    Dear Students, Please be informed that all student matters, including those concerning the Individual Organisation of Studies (IOS), are discussed and resolved exclusively during consultation hours. I do not handle student matters by email, as a direct conversation allows us to clarify any issues and find appropriate solutions much more quickly and effectively. There is no need to book a specific time slot in advance. However, please submit a request to join the consultation room on MS Teams at least 48 hours before the consultation session you wish to attend. Your request will be accepted no later than the day of the session. It is also possible to meet with me in person at the Faculty. In this case, please attend an online consultation first so that we can arrange a suitable time for an in-person meeting. Any changes to consultation arrangements will be posted in the Consultation Room. Students taking my classes have received details about consultations in the email sent before the start of their classes. You are warmly welcome to attend.
