"Spinoza's Ethics and Mental Health" Training

Open Mind Centre for Supporting People with Disabilities in Lodz conducts international exchange and training projects co-financed by the Erasmus+ Programme. Currently, we are looking for engaged participants from the university community to participate in special training.

The aim of the training entitled "Spinoza's ethics and mental Health – A path to psychological well-being" is to boost mental health awareness while providing creative and practical approaches to mental well-being. Mental health issues are becoming increasingly common these days and our project integrates the principles of the philosophy of Baruch Spinoza to offer unique insights into achieving mental wellness. 

We are looking for 4 participants who meet the following criteria:

  • age 18+
  • communicative knowledge of English
  • interest in public health
