About us
- Organizing and coordinating administrative and economic work in the Faculty of Management building and its surrounding area, to ensure the proper execution of the Faculty's educational and scientific-research activities.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of equipment in general-use rooms and teaching halls, including technical support in lecture halls within the Faculty of Management building.
- Identifying needs and supervising construction work, renovations, and adaptation activities.
- Supervising the activities of tenants in the Faculty of Management building.
- Managing and keeping the register of the Faculty of Management’s assets.
- Assisting with equipment during classes, conducting training sessions on equipment handling. Renting portable multimedia equipment for teaching purposes, conferences, and scientific meetings.
- Providing support for Faculty Council meetings, doctoral and habilitation defenses, and recording sessions.
- Handling the Faculty of Management's correspondence.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at the Faculty of Management (including developing rules and regulations).
