Founder of LSI Software SA, a high-profile company of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, where he served as a President of the Management Board from 1998 until December 2014. Since its establishment, he has been responsible for the overall operation of the company, the creation and implementation of new products and the development of the capital group's development strategy. He is particularly involved in the creation of new solutions and technological innovations in the area of customer service systems in the sectors of hotel management, catering, sports facilities and retail chains.
He graduated from the University of Lodz and the Wlodkowic University in Płock, and completed postgraduate Executive MBA studies at the University of Lodz and the University of Maryland. Since 2013, he has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz.
He has lived in Łódź since birth, privately a pilot and golfer.
