Since the beginning of her career, so since 15 years, she has been working within the human resources departament. First she started her career in the recruitment and HR operations to move later into learning & development area in Whirlpool, IKEA and Fujitsu. She has the international experience in managing people and processes, gathered in China, Great Britain, Germany, Sweden and Italy. This cultural experiences, made by working and living in these countries, help her in her day to day work and managing 7 countries from Costa Rica to India. Since 2019 she has been a part of Fujitsu team where her actual role is Global Head of Learning & Development (15.000 employees in 7 countries within Global Delivery Centers - GDC's).
She is AIESEC alumni and participated in the fast track talent programme in IKEA. She develops her skills in coaching as well and she is the mentor for the employees in the companies.
