Graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Lodz, specialisation: industrial economics. He holds a diploma of Executive DBA – INE PAN and Executive MBA – INE PAN.
Since April 2017, he was a member of the supervisory board of Brokerage House of Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. In February-June 2017, he was a Vice President of the Supervisory Board at Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe Puławy S.A. President of the Management Board and co-owner of Vitkovice Machinery Polska Sp. z o.o.
At Grupa Azoty ZAK S.A., he supervised the following areas: strategy, organisation, personnel policy, controlling, accounting, finance, corporate governance, investor relations and public relations, management in terms of company's bodies service, internal audit and risk management, production, investments, technology, energy, safety, environmental protection as well as maintenance and repairs.
Previously, a president of the management board of Rafako S.A., PBG S.A., Kaskada Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw and BDM Grupa Inwestycyjna S.A. in Warsaw. Since March 2013, a president of the supervisory board at Energomontaż S.A. Between 2010 and 2012, a director of sales organisation at PBG S.A. From 2008 to 2009, a member of the supervisory board at CENTRALWINGS Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw (subsidiary of PLL LOT S.A.). Between 2007 and 2009, a president of the supervisory board at Elektrownia "Kozienice" S.A. in Świerż Górny and president of the board at ENEA S.A. in Poznań.
He has been with GE Power since 2018, taking up the position of Vice President of GE Power Poland in 2020. Since 2023, he has also held the position of Director of Corporate Affairs at Vitol Gas.
